At Boozyshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest shipping point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our pink warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
